First Impression Fits my needs

I have a small collection of gel polishes and nail care products, but there is no room in my house for a stationary manicure table. I needed a portable solution that 1. fits in my nail polish containers, 2. is easy to store, and 3. can be placed on my desk whenever I want to use it (usually every 1.5 to 2 weeks). I looked at many different suitcases on wheels, none of them fully met my needs, the main problem was fitting everything. I use a tool chest I bought at Walmart many years ago as part of my current inventory. I figured I could just find a low storage box on wheels and somehow mount the tool box on top so there would be more space. This case had the dimensions I needed to fit my polishing cases, as well as an LED light and hopefully left room for other items. I'm happy to say that everything fits! Let's go through the categories - Delivery - Super fast! Ordered on the 7th, delivered on the 10th. It arrived well packaged with no damage to the box. Dimensions. The ones listed in the description should have external measurements and be 17 1/2" tall (pretty sure this includes the handle), 17 1/2" wide (this should include the side pockets). ) and 10 1/2 inches deep. The inside dimensions I measured are as follows: 13 1/2" high, 16 1/2" wide, and the depth varies a little because the body is warped a bit, 8 1/2" at the sides and 9 1/2". Quality - I have to say they took a star off here. Seems well made for the most part. Thicker and stiffer in my opinion, although it would have made assembly more difficult as I had to bend the board to get it into the Zippered pockets to match. Just saying there are enough of these but they wouldn't hold much weight The top of the case Left seam The lining was already split before I tried placing the panels, it's a very thin nylon that is roll stitched requires and reinforcement doesn't seem to be the case and I can see why it will come loose easily The outer material is similar to reusable shopping bags although I think it looks ok and my shopping bags have been very durable so I'm hoping that it will be. Handles are a problem. I tugged on them a bit and they stayed intact, but personally I would NEVER trust them to lift a heavy sewing machine. I I will cut them off so my husband will never be tempted to use them if he wants to postpone my case. The handle seems solid enough, albeit not suitcase quality. It has "lock" knobs that allow it to stay extended if you let go, but they don't hook far enough to provide adequate locking action and slide out easily, giving the handle a slight grip pressure is folded down. cardboard and foam must be inserted into the side and front walls, cardboard is already inserted into the back wall. As mentioned above, the cardboard and foam inserts were difficult to insert, but I didn't have to cut them. I found it helpful to put the box in first, flexing it a little, making sure I always pull it up, grabbing both the inside wall and the outside material (the lining can tear very easily), and my other hand in the pocket to pull stuck and guide board down. I then turned the top lining over and bent the corners of the board. Finally I added the foam which was easy. Purpose of use. The wheels are some sort of hard rubber material and seem quite attached. They roll well on carpets and hard floors. They're making some noise, but nothing awkward at the moment. The case tilted slightly when changing from hard floor to carpet. The handle breaks when you try to squeeze the body (see quality). The case can tip forward if you don't place heavier items in the back. All of the items I wanted to fit fit in, although it's very tight for my LED bulb as I was expecting an extra inch of space based on the dimensions of the description. I hope this will loosen and stretch a bit over time. When the interior is full, there isn't much room in the front pocket, except maybe for a few papers. That's where I put the instructions/guarantee for the LED lamp. Side pockets are great! I have stamp plates in it. One side is a 5x7 photo album that I use for large plates, I might put another thinner or very small item in there. The other side are smaller round plates. I don't have albums for everyone yet, there are many. Final impression is that I will keep and use this case. It's attractive enough that I feel like I can work or solve problems. The torn seam can easily be sewn back. Maybe I can reinforce the seams of the lining with a halter. I can also get a thicker board if it starts breaking. Other suitcases either cost twice as much or didn't have the space I needed. I don't intend to travel with it and for home use only, I expect it will work fine. I've put my tool box on it and so far it hasn't collapsed, but I think the fact that the paint boxes touch and reinforce the top really helps. I thought about using a handle to attach the toolbox to the top, but it wasn't long enough, so I cut them off anyway and bungee them in place. For what I paid I expected a little better quality but I'm happy with the purchase.
