Design and material properties
I love the design and it matches the Jeep dashboard perfectly. But it's poorly designed, every time you put your phone in it it changes position. Loose locknut tension on the back. And while driving, it shakes so badly due to the light metal that you can't get your finger in what you're trying to hit. Of course they would pay more for this machine if they upgraded the metal and fixed the adjustment screw.
