Easy to install. I've been using it every day for a month now. Takes a hit. The phone won't even fall down a hard rocky path. I crawl to the point of listing my sunglasses but the phone won't budge!

Look carefully at the pictures, when the phone is installed at such a hard angle the screen is not visible - it is facing up. You need to bend it slightly to avoid the ventilation, extra entrance and screen. You need a different phone adapter/geometry. bad design!

Good product at a good price Securely holds my Galaxy Note 10. Would have been five stars but I added a washer on the back of the phone holder for a more secure connection. For those wondering, the handrail cover simply slides out, no hex wrenches needed. Head for removing an 8mm handrail. Installation took 5 minutes.

This is the best place for JK series phones, but the design is poor. The phone points to the roof, the angle of rotation is not enough to point to the driver. At best, it's about a 45-degree angle when facing the driver. I need to change this a lot to work as expected. I would not buy it again and would recommend it to anyone. Also, there were no instructions included.

I love the design and it matches the Jeep dashboard perfectly. But it's poorly designed, every time you put your phone in it it changes position. Loose locknut tension on the back. And while driving, it shakes so badly due to the light metal that you can't get your finger in what you're trying to hit. Of course they would pay more for this machine if they upgraded the metal and fixed the adjustment screw.

Easy installation! The actual swingarm may be stiffer and not move as easily. ESPECIALLY when the correct tension is applied. But still a good product considering. SUBSEQUENT CHECK: After installing the holder for 3 months of normal use. No terrain. No real gross wear and tear. The connecting ball broke off. Very disappointed. I would say a good buy BUT the short lifespan of the product REALLY lowers my rating.

Decided to test this product for a few weeks to see how well it works first and so far it's perfect! I have a very large phone with a wallet and a power outlet on the back, so I needed something more durable than a small suction cup mount. The fact that this is literally installed in the dash makes a huge difference! It's solid, holds up to every angle I turn it and doesn't move while driving - it's amazing! Very happy with it so far and if you also have a Jeep Wrangler I think you will like it

Theoretically this is a great idea. In practice, however, some problems arise. First, the angle at which it's pointing at the phone makes it difficult to read from the driver's seat. When the tip is down, the screen will be washed out by sunlight. So I bent the bracket to get the best angle. This puts too much strain on the hand holding the holder and the ball breaks off.
