Review on πŸ” Compact Foldable Magnifying Mirror: Portable High Magnification for Easy Use by Tim Cade

Revainrating 5 out of 5

not enough light; Bows dangling

Full transparency, I bought this to pluck out the unflattering dark hair that appeared on my chin somehow in my 20's as well as my eyebrows. I'm tired of holding an LED flashlight and tweezers in one hand in front of a 5x mirror. Here are my complaints at the moment: 1. There is almost no light. It may also not light up at all. In addition, only the mirror is illuminated without magnification, which is almost useless for plucking eyebrows or chin hair.2. The hinges are very loose and it doesn't stay open securely at the right angle, so you need to keep it open at the desired angle.3. Personally, the size of the compact seems small to me. Another inch in diameter and you can see much better for makeup, tweezers, or whatever. Give 2 stars mainly because of the lack of light. I'd happily spend a few bucks more for a slightly larger, more durable compact mirror that's more brightly lit from both above and below.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Some bugs
