I think that it is very easy to use for all types of users; from beginners who just want some help with their social media accounts or even those more advanced ones looking at new features they can implement in order improve how engaged customers are within your brand's community! The platform has so many different options you could be using which makes things quite confusing if not well explained by someone experienced enough as myself (which isn't too difficult). It was great having an account manager assigned specifically dedicated only towards my needs/project managing me through each step along way during our project implementation process - this made everything run smoothly!! We were able solve any issues we had quickly without needing further assistance when needed but also being given support should something go wrong again down-the road once implemented into production environment :).
