This was my second attempt at getting a working programming cable. On my first attempt (from a different supplier) the order was sent to the wrong location and then arrived 3 weeks after the scheduled date. When the item arrived it was not working. It was a pirated copy of a genuine product that the seller refused to acknowledge. When I bought this: It arrived on time as expected. This is the real manufacturer of the Baofeng company. That works great. Easy to install and use. I wish I had bought from this seller to begin with! AAA+ product!
