It really works if you paint b4 white first and add glow paint
If it doesn't glow, it's not because it doesn't work. You should paint your project WHITE in 2 coats first and then apply 1 or 2 coats and then it will shine. If you don't paint it WHITE first, work is required. But talk bad about it if people don't know how to make it work.
