Review on Human Resources Group, Inc by Todd Vesci

I had been looking into an HR department that could assist me in my career transition from being self-employed as owner/operator for 15 years back at college level with no benefits or health insurance to working full time after graduation (age 21) without any kind of assistance! They helped coordinate all of it - payroll tax filing was so easy once they set up everything correctly because we live out of state now. The only downside is there are many fees involved when you start using their service which seems very unfair but understandable given how much work goes behind putting together these things right down to taxes. We made sure our paperwork matched what employers were requesting before submitting anything otherwise they can find reasons not to hire us even if we have excellent resumes. I like that HRG is very proactive in finding ways for employees to advance their careers within our organization. The staff are always looking out for opportunities for me to grow personally and professionally. They make it easy by introducing me to people with different backgrounds so they can learn from each other. Nothing at this time. Always good to have an open line of communication between managers/supervisors and human resource personnel.
