Review on UseResponse by Jose Schweigert

I like how easy it was to set up my account for ticket support with useresponse! It makes customer service very personal by being able to talk directly through their app or website insteadof an email address which can be hard sometimes if you are not techy at all!! The best thing about this product in general would have something do nothing but make me smile (this may sound odd). So far everything has been great so i dont really know what else there could possibly even need improvement upon because its just perfect right now :D.
