These leggings fit true to size. I personally like the fit- accommodates in the hip but nice and tight around the waist. It will be a good fit for someone with athletic lower body, but small around the waist. Material is very smooth, pleasant to the touch and I didn’t notice sweat stains during work outs. My only reservation- they are just a tiny bit sheer, unless you wear neutral color undergarments.
