I like that you can choose to pay in advance or at your convenience, which is great if it's an ongoing subscription rather than one time payment! -The ability to see all of my previous payments- The easy interface makes creating invoices simple.- No need to have multiple programs open when working with yard bills; everything stays organized within this program alone (and has no compatibility issues).

There are some minor glitches here and there but nothing too major as far as functionality goes. Overall we've been happy customers so haven't had any complaints thusfar about our experience using their product/service. We use them primarily because they offer both prepaid & scheduled billing options compared to other similar services out there who only provide either option.
