Beautiful, well made collar. It takes very little effort to fix minor behavior problems. My dog has never responded well to flat collars for wearing or training, but she seems to like this one and responds very well to it. She seems fine. She is a 100lb German Shepherd and I ordered a medium size. It's a little snug but not too tight. I wouldn't let her do it when she's off duty, but as long as she's working (she's a duty dog) that's just what we need. Reflective stripes feel comfortable and complete the look. I like the clasp on it. Feels very solid and a bit chunky (not bulky) making it easier for people with hand problems to attach. Buckle and length adjustment elements are made of durable plastic. "D" rings, chain and additional loop for tags etc. made of metal. The only negative for me is that I really want the moon phases to be OUTSIDE!
