Me Bought a brand new Instant 360 One R Twin Edition on January 10th, 2020, returned it once and bought a second one for my girlfriend. Both the new exchange cam and the new cam for my girlfriend were defective right after unpacking, I got videos from each cam that also got mixed up with new firmware. I finally got my money back from Insta 360 in June 2020, I've been using 360 max ever since and its simple high quality has never failed, if 100% reliable is the best 360 camera, it's your foundation in any production. Also, I use it as a power bank dash cam for my car and motorcycle and keep the camera on in the car on power bank for 8 hours, it's a great 360 degree security camera for your car or any property. Super easy super funny. Much better and will never freeze or overheat like insta360 one r twin edition. Trust me I've had 3 of these all overheated even with new firmware.
