Review on 💡 Enhance Your Appliance with Philips 416297: 40W Intermediate Bulb by Elizabeth Carey

Absolute rubbish. I tried to put 0 stars but the system didn't allow it. Bought 2 of these lamps. Installed both at the same time. One caught fire for about a second and burned out, a lightbulb filled with some weird yellowish powder or something. Tried to initiate a Revain return which directed me to a Phillips 800 "Service" number. The service informed me that consumers usually need to communicate directly with the seller (Revain in this case). I explained that Revain's return manager had referred me to Phillips. After 20 minutes of waiting the representative said he could make an exception for me, gave me the ticket number and I said I would receive an email explaining how to return the item, specifically where to send the photo of the item defective item and my receipt . . Never got a letter.
