Review on πŸ₯œ NatraCure Vibrating Peanut Roller Massager with 4-Speed - Model 10026-BLU-RET by George Santana

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great massager but too big to use as a peanut to carry.

I have been involved with mobility and body mechanics for many years. Have all kinds of tools, and in recent years several vibrating peanuts, rollerballs (equipped with battery-powered motors) have entered the market. At first glance I thought the vibration would help with recovery and/or alleviate the discomfort associated with foam rolling. I'm very concerned about the size, just didn't see how handy it would be for mobile working. After using this several times in different positions, here are some thoughts. Materials This peanut is a mixture of rubber and silicone. The reason I say this is because rubber massage peanuts made from rubber are firm and easily reach deep tissue. It's firm, but the outside of the peanut is like silicone because the texture is softer than the rubber shell. I have the biggest problem with the form. It is shaped like a peanut - with two spherical ends that connect in the middle. Peanut can be used in the same areas as Sphere. This form of the peanut can reach more surface area in less time and can affect both sides of the spine at the same time. I also tested this by pressing on the muscle in the center of the peanut, which works well for the forearms and calves. This peanut is too big to be an efficient means of transportation. Massager yes, the vehicle is not very. Vibration speed This is where this product shines. 4 massage intensity levels for personalized, targeted relief. BUT too much vibration in the neck or legs can make the situation worse rather than better. Certain areas of the body may require more pressure and vibration to overcome stiffness than others. The vibration speed of this product is excellent. Constant pulse vibration does not work for every person or every injury. The heart rate function changes the vibrations sequentially from slow to fast. This type of treatment works well for deep tissue massage of the back, shoulders and legs. This product shines well in this area. light indicators. The power indicator lets you know if the Peanut is on or off, as well as what stage and vibration you are in. It has a 10-minute auto shut-off so you don't waste your battery when you're not using it. The battery indicator lets you know how much juice is left, so you don't have to keep the vibrating massage ball plugged in all the time. So you save battery power and always have a charged massager ready. If you enjoy the feeling of vibration, you can use it longer and more often, which may increase the therapeutic effect of self-massage. . I don't consider this my mode of transportation, but if you need a massager that 'can' push the mobility limit, give it a try.
