Review on πŸ”Œ HDMI to VGA Adapter 1080P Video with 3.5mm Audio Jack - Cuxnoo HDMI-VGA Converter for Laptop, PC, Raspberry Pi, Chromebook, Roku, Xbox - Display on VGA Monitor, Projector by Patrick Nepal

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Working, no clutter in HDMI-VGA adapters

Delivers clear sound when connected digitally via an HDMI chain to a 1/8" headphone output. The image is only converted cleanly from HDMI to VGA. It does NOT switch from VGA to HDMI. Sometimes the ads on it are unclear. But he does his job well. Well made, doesn't fall apart like others I've bought. VERY cheap price. Always keep one in your cable toolkit! This is the second tool of this type I've owned and it didn't disappoint. I use it to down-convert my Raspberry Pi's HDMI output for use with an old VGA monitor .I have no problem with full moving video. I also like the separate digital audio output as the one on the Pi is analog and has noticeable noise. This device fixes this on the stereo headphone output. Ideal for connection to an audio amplifier. I even use this to use an HDMI splitter when VGA isn't needed just to get sound out.
