I have type 1 diabetes and very severe neuropathy along with arthritis and have been waking up with clenched fingers every morning for the past 10 years. On the very first morning and every morning for the last week and a half since wearing this bracelet I have NOT folded my hands! I've been a mechanic for thirty years and I've just realized my hands are worn out.
