Don't hold the gate. But easy to install.
I bought these to keep the gate in place because my border collie can pull my gate out of the door. Didn't help a bit. They're too big and she can still rip the gate out of the door frame. They said it keeps them from slipping and holds them well, they are wrong. But easy to install.
