Took me a while to install this as I had another job in the laundry. It's been about a month now and I love it. It's durable so I can hang a lot of things out to dry. It then collapses completely when I'm not using it. Updating this review. The joint close to the wall suddenly becomes completely blocked. I tried to contact the seller using the link provided by Revain. An error occurs when sending via email, indicating a problem with the recipient's email system. When I call the specified service number, I only get a message that the call cannot be ended as dialed. It was great for a few months when it worked, but now it's useless. Last update (July 10): The supplier contacted us and made various offers. While they were responsive, so far nothing has done anything to make this drying rack work. Update September 3rd: I'm giving 4 stars because I received a replacement part a few weeks ago and the product is working fine again. Many thanks to the vendor who worked through the issue with me and eventually sent me the part that fixed the issue. Let's hope there won't be a repeat.
