Works great. This WT-100CL waste toner pack was for a customer MFC-9330CDW who reported that it was full. This is a genuine Brother part (not a third party counterfeit). Installation was easy: 1) Open the front door 2) Remove the toner/drum assembly 3) Remove the belt assembly 4) Remove the old waste toner bottle 5) Insert a new one 6) Replace the ribbon assembly 7) Replace the drum/ toner unit 8) Close the front flap: done. That's it - a simple and inexpensive replacement of consumables, and everything works fine. That makes 5 stars for me.
