This was my first time buying hair online so I was very skeptical and researched this company and the hair for 3 weeks before buying. I bought this hair for my 17 year old daughter and she loves it and so do I! I placed my order on Saturday and received it on Tuesday. The packages are very complete. I bought the 12" cap along with the 14, 16, 18, 20 kits. Three bundles were more than enough for a full head, so the 20 inch cap was not used. The clasp was strong and matched the packs. The hair is very soft and does not knot or fall out. It's been 3 weeks since installation and my hair is like new. Will definitely buy hair from Beauty Forever again!
