Review on Joypur Water Filter Bottle: BPA-Free Purifier with 4-Stage Straw for Camping, Hiking, Travel & More by Kenneth Barnes

This water bottle is great. It filters out impurities and makes the water taste great (tastes nothing at all, which is delicious to me!). The size is perfect; not too big to carry around, but big enough for your daily water intake. I received the purple color and it corresponds to what is shown in the photo. I like that the filter lasts a long time. Apparently it can filter about 1500 liters of water, so it costs about six months. Most water bottle filters only last 1-2 months so this bottle is great bang for your buck. My only issue (and reason for the 4 stars) is not related to the performance of the bottle but to the part that goes with it. On top of the lid, under the collapsible straw, is a tiny silicone element that fits into an air hole that allows water to enter the straw when you suck. Its purpose is to prevent leakage when the straw is folded. Unfortunately, after a few months of using this bottle, that silicone part was gone. I'm writing this review in hopes of getting customer service's attention to replacing this silicone insert as I can't figure out how to contact them directly. I may have gotten a spare when I got the bottle, but now after a few months it's a lost cause to find it. If anyone knows how to contact them please let me know in the comments section of this review (if there is one I hope). In addition, this bottle deserves more than five stars. This is a great purchase, works great, is the perfect size and leaves the water tasting fresh and clean. It definitely helped me increase my daily water intake which is why I bought this bottle.
