I bought this truck because me, my kids, 3 cats and my son's bearded dragon were moving across the country and we needed more cab space in our vehicle. We started a 13 hour drive to our first stop and after only 4 hours of driving we suddenly heard one of the straps slam against the side of the car. We stopped to have a look and the front driver's side strap was completely ripped from the main body of the stretcher (the stitching came undone). Since we couldn't secure the bag in any other way, we had to take it out of the car, unpack and stuff all the contents into the already packed car. We don't fit a toothpick in this car anymore. We were all unwell including my poor cats and this fiasco turned a 13 hour journey into 18 hour hell. And the best? My "return window" has closed because I bought it a few weeks before the trip. If I could give these negative stars I would.
