I heard about this product from some colleagues and they said it was the best pet smell remedy. We've been using it for a few months now and I can't help but say it's the best. We have a similar product from another company so there is something to compare. Basically, the way it works is that you suck up the urine, spray it and wipe it off. So it works in that regard, but it doesn't eliminate the smell. First, the odor eliminator itself does not smell very pleasant. It smells almost like applying pure alcohol to the stain, and a second after it dries we can still detect a faint pet odor. I had high hopes that this would eliminate odors completely, but I think it only masks them temporarily. I read a lot of reviews about it after I bought it and obviously it used to be a great product but good luck now guys. So that was my experience with it. I don't feel like he's really doing much for what we need him for.
