I only gave it four stars because I bought the navy blue version of this bag, although only the lighter version with bright yellow handles is pictured. It was the color I wanted and I figured it couldn't be bought from a seller who didn't have a bad reliability rating. While I'm happy the ads are dishonest and Revain should give people choice rather than sending them random stuff. The bag itself is great. I like the navy blue with a navy blue handle, I'm happy to have it. The consistency of the material inside and out is perfect. The interior is plastic and the zipped compartments, two smaller and one full size, and a fourth compartment with a pad for holding needles fit perfectly and all zipped. I took out the insert, it honestly seems strange to me. It opens to a white plastic surface that can be held on my lap as a work surface and I can easily get what I need from my pockets. I am very happy with it.
