Review on Upgraded Litter Scooper Pooper Smaller by Shawn Fuller

I think I've finally found my Holy Grail Fill Scoop! This is an extremely durable scoop and I love that it has wide tooth spacing as I use wood pellet clumping litter (Okocat is a great litter). This allows clean pellets to fall much faster than using a scoop with smaller holes or holes and much less shaking. It's unrealistic - after 13 years I didn't know I could really get excited about tidying up, but I was ecstatic when this shovel arrived :) The handle feels full so I suspect the risk of breakage is much less. The plastic covering the handle is a hard plastic, so it should be easy to clean, but it's not as comfortable as some other shovels I've tried - a compromise I'm willing to live with. In general, it looks quite ergonomic. The scoop is large and will hold several clods before they need to be emptied. As for the tiny pieces, I rake them to the side where there are no gaps (tilted to the side) and then empty. It should be noted that the bucket is quite heavy which speaks to the build quality but is important to note for those with arthritis or carpal tunnel like myself. However, shoveling is so quick and easy, with much less jitter, that it doesn't aggravate my carpal tunnel. Obviously a lot of thought went into the design of this bucket, which I really appreciate (including the triangular cross-section teeth - they speed up sieving, and the triangular cross-section increases tooth strength). After reading a ton of reviews I think it is very important to know what type of litter you have and to understand if a litter scoop is right for you. MISMATCH seems to be seen as problematic in many reviews compared to the shovel itself - for example using a shovel with tiny holes that don't allow large clean pellets to pass through easily etc. This isn't a shovel problem, it's a problem with the wrong type of waste shovel . I hope that my detailed review will be useful for other cat lovers and make their lives easier. This is NOT a paid review - I stumbled across this item by accident and after buying two have bought more for backups in case they become discontinued so I'll never be without them - and with its impressive build quality I should be set for a lifetime !
