It was NOT the shoes (the shoes get 3 1/2 STARS), the problem was the RETURNS.
The shoes are nice and stylish but too "spiky" for my style making my feet look big. kept (less expensive) and after several attempts to rectify the situation (5 weeks of frustration) I was finally refunded the correct amount of the balance. After reading more reviews I'm not the only one with this problem. I will not buy from this seller again.
