Review on 💡 Westcott 2016 45-Inch Optical White Satin Umbrella with Removable Black Cover: Enhance Your Lighting with Style by Mike Swanson

Performance wise I love it and use it often instead of Profoto softboxes! However, I've had it for less than a year and on first use one of the little pins attaching the opaque outer shell to the white bud broke and I used a safety grip to reattach it. Then, a few months later, two spikes broke in the middle of filming, but I knew they had to have an extra one. I think I need to invest in a better quality umbrella because $20 and $30 adds up and I should have known better. I really wanted to have a device that didn't cost a fortune. Happy shooting!
