This monopod is the best I've ever had. Durable and strong. Holds a camera body and my heaviest 200-500mm lens. I don't hesitate for a second to turn my back on the rig to get something out of my mu bag. This is not a tripod, so care should always be taken. Perfect for a heavy camera to get sharp shots.
