I have decided to revise this review. JideTech made a great effort to contact me and help me with my previous problems. Since I upgraded my router this camera is now working great. So now I know this camera is working as intended. Setup was easy with the included app. The secondary setup via my private cloud server wasn't that easy, but I think it's acceptable since I finally got it working. I'm a bit disappointed that the 1st and 2nd thread limit the resolution. The 1st stream is for high quality recording, the 2nd stream is for low quality recording. It would be nice if I could make (1st stream) a lower standard stream quality and then make the 2nd stream high quality just to write to the SD card. As the 1st stream is the default and the high quality is limited, it consumes bandwidth like crazy streaming to my private cloud server all the time. So I guess my problem is that the camera software doesn't have any customization options, but the camera records well in high quality. Thank you JideTech for providing a generally satisfactory PTZ camera at an affordable price!
