I ordered it because I couldn't find it in any of the kitchen stores. That works great. Baked Scandinavian almond cake. There was no recipe, but it's easy to find on the internet, and the recipe is very simple. The cake turned out delicious and the non-stick coating is easy to remove. Like it a lot. I will buy more to give as gifts.
