I chose the pro version here and after getting so used to the old professional and lightweight light stands from well known brands and others over many years of production, they have far exceeded my expectations. strong. As mentioned in another review, it has rivets instead of the nuts and bolts in the photo, but that means they hold everything in place without the wobble I'm so used to from other light stands. They may eventually need to be replaced with a bolt and nut, but I'll have them on hand in my kit just in case. They are better than cheap aluminum frames from many professional film companies. First of all, they don't say anything about cushioning, but each extension has strong spring pads, which totally and pleasantly surprised me.
