I was working remotely for years at Amazon Web Services (AWS). It can be difficult when you are stuck in an office with very few colleagues but it's also important that there aren't too many distractions - which meant sometimes having my headphones off would really mess up productivity! However once they switched from Spotify onto Youtube Music Premium as their main music provider this has been solved since then haha! Make sure your remote team knows all of their responsibilities so everyone understands expectations etc before accepting them into the project/team otherwise things may go pear shaped later down the line. AWS had no such issues because we were 100% fully aware what each other did throughout every day on projects or not being able to work together due time zone differences. I like that they are very creative in their approach to marketing for their clients. They have been able to help me with my business needs by creating campaigns that really get results! The fact that we can see what's working and not working helps us keep track of things as well. There isn't anything bad that I've seen so far but if you're looking for someone who will give your business the attention it deserves then this may be something for you. Marketing and advertising.
