Review on BUCKLOS 【US Stock】 Crankset Mountain Chainring by Jose Wititsuwannakul

I'm writing this review because this crank has a reputation for being too far off the chainline (ie the chainring is too far off the centerline of the bike). I was nervous about it, but I dared. Well it turned out to be fine. This is only 1/16 inch wider than the large branded t-shirt it replaced (measured centered on the star on the t-shirt). The complaints I heard never included actual measurements, so I wanted to post some unbiased information here. While I'm here, a few more notes: The star seems a bit loud. Maybe it's typical of a narrow/wide configuration, or maybe it's because my chain is old and worn out (I need to replace it before it starts damaging my new chainring). ).The finish of the cranks is what you should expect in this price range: rough, inconsistent, rough. I've seen worse. If this makes you upset, keep looking, but expect to pay more.
