I bought a king size gray sheet for my teenage son's bed. He had a light gray foreskin. This time he chose dark gray because of his bird. he is happy with this darker color. now it depends on his curtains! The quality is really good and tight! Really well made and reliable! The mattress is 14 inches deep so we were hoping it would fit as we had a hard time finding a solid charcoal gray mattress with a deep seat locally. this one fits and sits perfectly! It has a bottom mattress under the mattress in the picture so you can still see white but for us as far as the top mattress goes this bedding set fits well! They look edgy and stretchy, we've washed them at least 10-12 times since we got them and they hold up well to washing and drying! It hasn't lost color in any of the garments in the wash and, as far as we can tell, hasn't shrunk. until there is laundry to do! The pillowcases also match his pillows well, we were able to find a body pillowcase that matched this color. He doesn't actually use a flat sheet because Hawaii is too hot for it, but it's just as good a quality as the rest of the set. It is comfortable and pleasant to sleep on or just lie on. I would buy a set of sheets for my bed now as I am familiar with the quality! The cost was reasonable and comparable to others we have received in the past! I hope that was helpful.
