I use it ever day good for me
I like that I don't have to put it on the sofa arm. I can place it on the seat next to me and it works as a nice table. It's a good thing that my g/children are grown. I don't think having very young kids around will be good for this product because of the possibility of kids knocking your drinks over since it just sits on top of the "table."
