The main reason I bought this bike was because the bike made noise at night. It will wake my boys up in the middle of the night. He said it was quiet. Although I was skeptical about the "Silent" part, I bought it. I was amazed at how quiet the steering wheel is. My boys thanked me for this new balance bike because they couldn't hear Milo (the hamster) running in it at night. So I've had it for about 3 months now. The hamster uses it every night and so far it seems to be quite durable. It is easy to install on the side of the cage and easy to remove for cleaning.
