I love drinking coffee at work but hate going downstairs to make it. So I decided to look for a coffee maker... one that uses K-cups to keep around my office. After some searching I found this exact brewer of CSS which seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. That's why I ordered it. This coffee maker is the perfect size for my desk. It measures just 8 x 5 inches at the bottom. Most of the others I saw were at least twice that size. So it takes up practically no "real estate" on my desktop. One of the reasons I chose this particular brewer was that it uses K cups. This is the best way to prepare coffee in the office. But many brewers who use capsules...unless it's a branded machine...brew a cup of coffee for too long. It's not like this. My 10 ounce mug was ready to drink in just a minute. I was positively surprised. There are a few little things I don't like about this brewery. First, it contains enough water to brew a cup of coffee. Every time you want a cup, it needs to be refilled. I solved this problem by having a jug of water ready so I didn't have to run downstairs to get water. I assume the amount of water depends on the size of the machine. And second, I would like the brewer to give you the option to choose different sizes of coffee mugs. He only brews a 10-ounce cup, which is often too much, especially in the evenings. But overall I like my little K-cup brewer. It's fast and compact, which is what I was looking for.
