Review on Copper Project by Kevin Abner

I like how easy it was for us as sales reps who are not engineers but need some basic technical information from our customers.It also has an option where we can send out emails automatically after each new comment or change made by customer regarding price/specification etc., which helps me save my precious work hours! We have been using this software since last 4 years now; there's nothing much i dislike about its features except few minor bugs here &there (it happens).

It definitely saves lot of your man power if you're doing field visits regularly with multiple rep teams involved within same territory - just be sure u r comfortable enough wth techs so they'll understand what exactly ur asking them nd get back quickly!!
