I'm 5'9" and just over 200 pounds and I often shop for men's clothing. Women's clothes don't reach my ankles or wrists, and I'm far from the tallest woman. These flannel pants are huge on me, bigger than some people would like, but I am a very large size. That's what I wanted. Waist with elastic and drawstring. The cuffs tuck and fasten, and I only lifted them once. When they arrived I washed them in warm water and put them in the dryer which is one of the reasons I bought them. you are so big . I prefer not to tolerate them. The flannel isn't particularly airy, but the fabric is durable and warm. There are pockets in the seams, big enough to put things. I can't find a fault with these pajamas and while they would be short for a tall man, they might have had some tall and plus sizes that I forgot. I would buy them again.
