Review on 🖥️ WAVLINK USB 3.0 to SATA Dual-Bay Hard Drive Docking Station with Clone & Sleep Function [12TB x2] - Black by Tutan Beatz

Worked great for 4 months then it turns on and appears to be on but doesn't show up on the computer. USB cable works on other devices but not on this one. Not very happy to be honest. When it worked I was very impressed but just decided to stop using it. Called support, tried everything I already did with them, they sent me another one and I returned the first one, fact is they sent me another version but it didn't work either. I call back, they give me direct contact information for a company in China who asks me to redo everything I've done (all the while thinking to myself that this is because the software doesn't work with Mac computers compatible). Contacting seller/manufacturing in China resulted in them replying but only support PC so far, no apple or mac support. Emails go back and forth, then Revane calls again to check in. The Revain rep, who was very polite but difficult to understand, finally said the company had not responded to their request and they wanted me to return the device for a full refund. I pack it back, get an email but they only refund part of the price not all, I'm waiting for it to be returned to their system and yet it's still less than what they quoted for a refund to have. So in the end just don't buy it, and my lesson is this: if it's sold by someone else but shipped from Amazon, DON'T BUY IT, if it's from a Chinese seller, DON'T BUY IT. A tedious process that cost me time and money and I still don't have a drive dock.
