We use this in our living room to acclimate an unrelated pair of cats that we recently adopted. Good: Large size. Enough space for toys and allows the cat to run around a bit without feeling cramped. Easy setup. Up in less than a minute. Not so good: It works fairly easily when the cat jumps on the sides or hangs from the inside. This is a real problem and we are concerned that our cats might get hurt. The zipper was unzipped from the box. We got it back on track, but that doesn't bode well in terms of durability. Improvements (Things that give this product 5 stars): - Locks on the rod connections that prevent it from breaking. We think of duct tape because it's too common. Duct tape would have been our last resort and prevented it from being intentionally folded for transport, but perhaps a better solution than potentially hurting our cats. - Stronger zipper. I am not sure what is currently installed. - Top zip opening for access to stick toys. This would allow us to play with our cats while they are indoors which would make them more prone to being caged.
