I've been watching this hair dryer since I noticed my stylist was using it. Due to Covid-19 I had to open a beauty salon at home. I have natural, thick, tightly curled African American hair and I have a LOT of it! I already knew this hair dryer worked great, but now I know I can give myself salon style at home. Its super light weight, fantastic heat (so strong I use it on a low setting), it cuts my drying time in half and straightens my hair! Not a straight bone (not what I want) but still silky smooth while maintaining my natural volume without damage. I definitely recommend it. I agree the cord is short, but an extension cord won't fix anything. I haven't had any electrical problems.
