This is well made and definitely protects my long but fine hair from breakage at night. When I first received this hat, I didn't realize I could make the cuff WIDER instead of just tighter. The nice salesman told me that you can also make the cuff wider by finding the button, unbuttoning, and more lets out ribs. There is so much room for adjustment in this hood! I was able to loosen it up a bit for my gyno normal head and there was still room to loosen it up more! Would recommend to friends as I've adjusted it now it's so comfortable for sleeping. And my hair has never looked shinier and less frizzy.
