I bought a regular Superlan for my son whose face gets very windy every winter. I wanted to give up Vaseline-based Aquaphor. Regular Superlan, which is 100% pure medical grade lanolin, is thick and waxy. I had to warm it up with my fingertips for a few minutes before applying it to his face and he was still screaming because it was so sticky he felt like I was pulling his skin too hard. I bought the Superlan Lite version hoping it would be easier to spread and massage in. Yes, that's right! The light version consists of 100% pure medicinal lanolin with organic jojoba oil. I've looked everywhere for the ratio of lanolin and jojoba but couldn't find it. I will definitely keep it at home. My son's skin looks so smooth since I've been using it and he'll actually ask me about Superlan because he knows he's better off when it's not rough and cracked. I rubbed product residue into my cuticles after applying it to my son's face and my cuticles have never looked better. I apply my lips before bed. I have a few keloid scars which I have also used and they seem to be better too. The uses for this material are endless.
