Item arrived in a damaged box which appeared to have been opened and then reassembled. The batteries already in the product did not work. In my opinion, this indicates that the product has already been used. It also came with spare batteries and they worked and the product is working fine now. However, I am disappointed with the condition in which I received the product. The Revain packaging it came in and the other product it came with was perfect, yes that box looked awful. (See photos above). When I buy a product I hope it is not a used item and if so I want to know and pay accordingly.
