I was so excited to receive this. I love Kate Spade products! There are many features to explore and I was under the impression that there was a tutorial on the watch itself but I couldn't find it. I also thought I could reply to the text, but it wasn't. After day five, when I adjusted my face to what I was wearing, I couldn't touch the screen to go through the prompts. I tried to troubleshoot but found nothing, I couldn't shut down or restart. I recharged it thinking it would help, but it didn't. Tried this morning, still doesn't work. Unfortunately I am sending this very cute watch back. My personal opinion, if you are looking for a smart watch, choose what you know. Kate Spade is known for her stylish looks, not technology.
