Doggie camera fine

We bought this to keep an eye on our rescue dog. She showed anxiety when we returned home after a long absence and we wanted to know if she was excited all the time or only after she heard the key in the door. 2.4GHz available. After several connection attempts and a long online chat with tech support, we ended up having to call the ISP to split the 2.4 and 5.0 bands. Once that was done, everything went well. We bought a 128 byte micro SD card so we didn't have to pay for cloud storage. Surprised that there is no way to stop recording without removing the card. However, this is not critical. We mounted the camera high so it wouldn't fall. The sound and picture quality is ok and the coverage area is great. It's disappointing, however, that this camera doesn't seem to have the advertised zoom feature. There's a bit of video lag and camera movement, which is a little frustrating. All in all, if you're willing to ignore minor disappointments, this is a good product for the price. puppy update. We discovered this as soon as we left, she plays with her plush treat and then goes to bed and is fine until we get home!
