Perfect for keeping track

I bought this for my grandmother when she needed the help of several family caregivers. This helped us keep track of medications appointments and important information pertinent to her care. We easily wrote down questions we had for her doctors prior to her appointments so nothing was forgotten. Only thing lacking was a check box to track bowel movements.
