Not exactly "adjustable "

Skates are great but not a good choice if you are on the lower end of an "adjustable" size. My daughter won't really use them until she's closer to a size 2. She is now 13 1/2. The outer part of the skate is not adjustable. This is a size 2 shoe and the inside molds to your foot so it doesn't slip but stays in place. The color is charming and they seem durable for a rough kid. We decided to save them for later and will now buy other skates.
